Roofing Upgrade for North Pike High School in Summit, MS
North Pike High School needed a new roof system that would stand the test of time without disrupting the day-to-day operations of the campus. We took a practical, cost-conscious approach by installing an SBS modified bitumen overlay. Instead of removing the original roof, we reinforced it—preserving what was already in place and giving it a longer lifespan without unnecessary waste.

Keeping School Operations on Track
School schedules leave little room for delays. Our team worked closely with North Pike to ensure the project stayed on time and caused minimal interruption to students and staff. Using an overlay system meant no full tear-off, fewer materials hauled off-site and a faster turnaround. That also meant less strain on the district’s budget, which is something every public institution appreciates.
Weather-Ready. Built to Last.
The SBS system we installed is built for performance in every season. Whether it’s protecting the building from summer heat, high winds or heavy rain, this system is designed to hold up. It also improves energy efficiency and helps lower future maintenance needs, giving the school long-term protection and peace of mind.
Built to Last
Every detail of this project was designed with long-term performance in mind. The new system offers enhanced weather resistance and thermal stability, helping protect students and staff while keeping energy costs in check.
